Usb 3.0 Transfer Speed Slow. I was shocked to see all of a sudden my usb 30 pendrive showing lack in performance with a write and read speed of not more than 40mbs. It is pretty common for the usb data transfer rate.
Usb 30 as slow 1mbps even if that shows in the windows explorer that seems like a potential hardware issue. However some users are not getting the speed that i should provide. I suggest you to try to update the driver of usb port 30 and check if it helps. Select device manager from the quick access menu. Every time i turn it on i get the message this device can perform faster this usb mass storage device can transfer information faster. Press windows key r key.
