Centrifuge for 15 minutes within 1 hour of collection. Centrifuge at 1500 2000 rpm for 15 minutes. Pipette the serum or plasma into a clean plastic screw cap vial and attach the label.
When frozen serum is required transfer the serum using a pipette into a plastic transport tube.
